Das Kur- und Gesundheitszentrum Friedborn liegt an einem schönen und ruhigen Ort im Südschwarzwald, nahe der Schweizer Grenze. Genießen Sie entweder die FriedbornKost (basenreich, pflanzlich, vollwertig) vorwiegend aus biologischem Anbau oder fasten Sie mit frisch gepressten Säften, Gemüsebrühe, Tee und Wasser. Bei einem Aufenthalt ab 7 Übernachtungen ist ein Beratungsgespräch bei einem homöopathischen Arzt inklusive. Die Möglichkeit verschiedene Massagen, die Colon-Hydro-Therapie und Bäder in Anspruch zu nehmen, besteht nach ärztlicher Verordnung.
Das Yogaseminar wird von Liina Puustinen, Iyengar-Yoga-Lehrerin (Intermediate Senior I) unterrichtet.
Das Programm läuft von Sonntag bis Freitag. Die Anreise und Abreise erfolgt am Samstag. Jeden Vormittag üben wir zwei Stunden Asana und Pranayama, nachmittags gehen wir wandern.

YOGA & HIKING

Friedborn is in an absolutely beautiful and peaceful place in the southern Black Forest, on the mountains and by the Swiss border. Enjoy a full board including fresh vegetarian food and there are also option for various diets and fasting (the juices are freshly pressed, and the water is pure from Friedborn’s own source). Consultation of a homeopathic doctor is included and various massages and treatments are available.
The yoga classes are taught in German and/or English by Liina Puustinen, Iyengar Yoga Teacher (Intermediate Senior 1).
Saturdays are arrival and departure days, and the daily programme is running from Sunday to Friday, including 2 hours of yoga practice and 2-3 hours of guided hiking.
